🔍 What is Assam D.El.Ed.?

The D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) is a two-year professional course conducted by SCERT Assam for aspiring teachers who wish to teach in primary and upper primary schools in Assam.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen and permanent resident of Assam.
• Educational Qualification: Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).
• Age Limit: 18 to 34 years as on 1st July 2025. Relaxation for SC/ST/PWD as per govt norms.
