✅ Eligibility Criteria

📅 Age Limit: 30 to 65 years as of 17.06.2025

🏡 Residency: Must be a permanent resident of the area and an Indian citizen

🧾 Land Ownership: Should own land or immovable property in the concerned area

👨‍👩‍👧 Children: Not more than 2 living children (declaration required)

🚫 Government Job: Not a government employee

❌ Politics: Should not be affiliated with any political party

📘 Education: Minimum 10th pass (HSLC)

💪 Health: Physically and mentally fit

💸 Dues Status: Must not be a defaulter or insolvent

🤝 Community Standing: Should be a respected member of the local community

Aadhaar Card or Voter ID
